The renovations of this luxury apartment in Surry Hills were completed to high quality standards and the integration of artworks into the unit. An area of special mention is the bathrooms which are places of pleasure. They present a space in which the day commences and ends, a special, private and highly functional space.

Studio Colin Polwarth worked closely with Dr Schoombie to utilise the bathrooms to their maximum. The bathrooms show many innovations such built in bath / shower which includes adjustable ceiling and wall roses, the basin and side cupboard brief included shallow space for healthcare, cosmetic, dental, toiletry and specialised storage systems. A feature of the bathroom is the single pane mirror along one wall of the bathroom. Other reflecting mirrors at the basin and doors provide 360 degree views of the body.
